Only one surviving example found to date, this is one of the true unicorns in firearm history. While seeing success with the P08 pistol, Georg Luger secretly worked on applying the same toggle-action mechanism to a self-loading rifle. This 1906 patent model of an unnamed Luger self-loading rifle came to be at an unfortunate time, as the breakout of WW1 saw it being left out in favor of mass-producing already proven systems.

Holding five rounds of powerful 8mm Mauser in its internal magazine fed by a clip, the Luger patent rifle's toggle action is sorely distracting to the shooter, and will clearly indicate when it's empty with the action locked back. Its accuracy is average, but count your shots carefully as its recoil and the jumping toggle link will throw your aim off.
