M700 3.2 Update!

Additions:

Major Changes:
- On-Demand Loading!
- Changed the calibers from 308 Winchester to 7.62 NATO
- Added full support for Itemspawner V2
- Full support for the new Save/Load system
- New "Bolt" heads for caliber conversions!
- Overhaul of the MW19 stocks (Now have a correct magazine position!)
- Overhaul of the Paralax Stocks (MDT, Timberwolf and AWP)
- Brand new interaction sounds (Cheers Devrats!)
Minor Changes/Bugfixes:
- Adjusted the Bolt Rot Offset, should make the bolt cycle cleaner (Thanks Ashe)
- Fixed the 30mm Mount putting scopes on backwards
- Removed the ability for most parts to spawn inside of Tnh (Prebuilts can spawn though!)
- Fixed some weird offsets with the Magazines
- All receivers now shoot 7.62 Nato instead of .308 Winchester
I plan to do more in the future with M700 behind closed-doors, as there's alot of optimizations and backend fixes I will need to make, But you won't see that for a while.
