A quick little character using bolt actions only

Requirements:

TNH tweaker https://github.com/devyndamonster/TakeAndHoldTweaker

You can play this character without any other mods or with all the mods, it works completely fine with no bolt action gun mods but your weapon variety will ofc be better with mods
