Cityrobo's Meat Beat Sensor - "Cliffhanger" NEXT
A new take on Cityrobo's wonderful gadget. This one is a close replica to the heartbeat sensor from Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2. There is a plain version of this scanner in Misc - Utilities, just like the original Meatbeat Scanner.
A few key differences from the original -- The dots will bleep and faze out on a timer. They won't stay on the scanner screen permanently. A little challenging and a little more rewarding to get kills with it.
Dots will appear at any time, not affixed to the "scan" sprite, but the aesthetic is what I wanted to achieve and I believe I achieved it here. Sprites will slow down when the frames drop because sprites are frame dependent. Audio is not frame dependent so the scanning noises this MBS will ping on ocassion will likely play ahead of the scanning sprite over time.
The final NEXT skin before the push to Meatkit! Here's to easier mod development folks!
