STILL A WIP
I made this to go along with my Max Panye TNH character(https://h3vr.thunderstore.io/package/Sylvia247/Max_Payne/) to set the mood
Replaces most of the announcer lines with some from Max Payne 3
There are still some that are stock but i will work on that in the updates
