PTNHBGML (official acronym) is a loader to replace TnH background music, announcers, and Sosig voicelines non-permanently.

Megapack of music banks collected from Grand Theft Auto 5 and GTA Online, for use with PTNHBGML.
This doesn't use any fancy scripting, so it's kinda bound by the limitations of the existing TNH music script. More will be added as time goes on, so keep an eye on this. ;)
